11. Content Safety & Acceptable Use

PixRestorer is committed to providing a safe and lawful service. You agree NOT to use our service to generate, process, or create:

  • NSFW, sexually explicit, nude, or pornographic content
  • Sexually suggestive content (including undressing, twerking, suggestive poses, or other sexually suggestive imagery)
  • Any content depicting, encouraging, or glorifying sexual violence
  • Content that exploits, sexualizes, or harms minors
  • Violent, gory, graphic, or gratuitously disturbing content
  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
  • Any other illegal, harmful, or prohibited content

Content Filtering: We implement automated content safety measures to detect and prevent prohibited content. However, we cannot guarantee that all inappropriate content will be detected.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

12. Third-Party API & Liability

Our service uses third-party AI providers (including Replicate) for image processing. While we implement content safety measures, we cannot guarantee that all inappropriate content will be detected.

Users are solely responsible for the images they upload and process through our service. The use of third-party AI APIs does not serve as a defense for content violations. PixRestorer reserves the right to terminate accounts and cooperate with authorities regarding any illegal content.
